Financial Analyst to join their finance team. This is an excellent opportunity for a part-qualified accountant (ACCA/CIMA/ACA) looking to develop their analytical skills and gain valuable commercial finance experience within a supportive environment.
Working closely with senior finance leaders, you\'ll play a key role in providing financial insight, supporting business performance, and contributing to strategic decision-making.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and analyse monthly financial reports and management information.
- Support budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes.
- Analyse business performance, identifying trends, risks, and opportunities.
- Assist with month-end reporting and variance analysis.
- Develop financial models to support business decisions.
- Produce KPI reporting and performance dashboards.
- Work collaboratively with operational teams to provide financial insight and challenge where appropriate.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives across finance processes.
- Assist with ad hoc analysis and projects as required.
About You
- Part-qualified ACCA, CIMA or ACA (or actively studying).
- Previous experience in an analytical finance role, management accounts, or commercial finance.
- Strong Excel skills, with the ability to manipulate and analyse data.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Strong communication skills with the confidence to work with stakeholders across the business.
- Highly organised with excellent attention to detail.
