The Managing Director will have full responsibility for the commercial performance, operational excellence and long-term growth of the UK business.
The role requires a highly commercial (sales led) leader who can accelerate profitable growth, strengthen customer relationships (in particular within its retail and hospitality clients), drive operational improvements and build a high-performing organization.
Our client, based in the East Midlands, is a UK subsidiary of an international group that operates in 15 countries.
The company provides both services and products into the major high street retailers across the globe.
The UK business has a £15 million turnover and has ambitious plans to double the size of the company over the next 3 years.
The company requires a candidate with significant P&L, sales & people leadership experience who has demonstrated a track record of delivering profitable growth and business transformation.
Experience of successfully working with high profile retail customers or within the retail industry will be mandatory.
