A broad finance leadership role combining Group-wide commercial finance with full ownership of a SaaS technology P&L, alongside a significant growth and M&A agenda. The client is looking to meet with high-calibre Commercial Finance Directors and Divisional FDs for a broad leadership role working closely with a Group CFO and senior leadership team.
Responsibilities
- Ownership and growth of a SaaS technology P&L
- Leading commercial finance and revenue growth management across the wider group
- Driving pricing strategy, customer economics, profitability and margin improvement
- Supporting an active M&A, integration and value creation agenda
- Developing strategic commercial partnerships and new growth opportunities
- Working closely with business MDs and finance leadership to improve commercial decision-making
- Providing leadership across a matrix commercial finance structure
Required Skills
- Ideally, you will have operated at Commercial FD, Divisional FD or equivalent level, with experience across SaaS, technology, digital, platforms or other high-growth environments.
- High energy, strong commercial influence, judgement and the ability to turn data into tangible revenue and profit growth are essential.
