This is a key leadership role within a sophisticated, international finance function, offering the opportunity to shape and modernise the P2P landscape across multiple regions.
You’ll take ownership of a global P2P operation, leading a large team and driving a forward-looking agenda focused on automation, efficiency, and control. You’ll play a critical role in ensuring operational excellence while acting as a strategic partner to the wider business—helping to optimise working capital, enhance processes, and support continued global growth.
What you'll be doing:
- Leading and developing a large, globally distributed AP team
- Owning the end-to-end P2P lifecycle, from invoice receipt through to payment
- Driving improvements across supplier payments, expenses, and complex stakeholder payments
- Embedding a culture of performance, accountability, and continuous improvement
- Delivering automation and transformation initiatives
- Strengthening the financial control environment, ensuring compliance with global regulations
- Acting as a senior escalation point for internal stakeholders and external suppliers
- Partnering with the wider finance and non-finance functions
- Providing insightful reporting on key metrics
