Our client is a high profile retail company based in West Midlands. The role of the Finance Business Partner (hybrid working - 2 days onsite) is to provide support across all aspects of the operational and commercial divisions. You will be responsible for the day-to-day financial performance, control and decision-making across operations, commercial, procurement and external reporting, acting as the primary finance partner for these areas.
The FBP will play a key role in challenging and influencing costs, commercial contracts, individual site performance, capital allocation and investment decisions through high-quality analysis, insight and momentum, within agreed governance and approval frameworks.
As an ambitious commercial finance professional, you will be a qualified accountant (ACA, CIMA, ACCA or equivalent). You will have proven experience in finance business partnering or commercial finance roles and possess strong analytical capability, with the confidence to challenge and influence. Candidates will relish driving outcomes in a complex, fast-moving environment.
