This is a permanent, hybrid role offering a competitive salary of up to £85,000 plus benefits. The company is based in Cambridgeshire and will require 2-3 days of on-site work under a hybrid working model.

Preferred Requirements:
- Significant experience in integration, automation, or enterprise application delivery, with hands-on experience of enterprise integration platforms such as Boomi, MuleSoft, Logic Apps, or similar.
- Strong understanding of APIs, integration patterns, and solution architecture, with a proven track record of designing and delivering scalable integration solutions within complex environments.
- A consultative approach with excellent stakeholder management skills, the ability to simplify complex technical concepts for non-technical audiences, and a practical, delivery-focused mindset with a passion for solving business problems.
- Experience leading, mentoring, or managing technical teams.
- Familiarity with FMCG, manufacturing, supply chain, logistics, retail, or other fast-paced operational environments would be advantageous.
