Their growth has been achieved through astute organic activity and bolstered by strategic acquisitions; creating the need for a technically minded Financial Controller. A combination of managing a large and diverse team, technical accounts preparation, consolidation, cashflow management, M&A, day to day process and strategic projects await you, in an environment that positively encourages challenge and innovation. You will take the lead on a wide range of transformation projects and offer Board Level support, whilst leading and directing an already strong team. You will be astute at managing change and continual operational improvement in both directions. ERP implementation experience would be particularly relevant. Other aspects will include managing and overseeing risk, taking the lead with all professional relationships (bank, audit, tax) and taking charge of all aspects of revenue and creditor management.
