Job Description
Broster Buchanan are partnered with a quickly growing PE backed business who are looking to add 2 more Salesforce Admins to their growing IT Department. This would suit a good mid level Admin looking to take their next step at a growing business.On offer is a salary of up to £42k and a hybrid working pattern with 3 days onsite in Leeds.Key Responsibilities:
- Administration and support of Salesforce users including roles, profiles, and permissions, building reports / Dashboards, updating permission, profiles roles, merging accounts/leads, deduplicating data, data imports.
- Must be able to prioritise work independently. This will include addressing tickets in internal systems and knowing when the work should be elevated.
- Lead assigned project work, such as developing new automation and business logic.
- Assist in configuring business-wide changes to the system in an exciting opportunity to be a part of a system re-work.
- Liaise with users to help keep work flowing and ensure systems are efficient for end users.
- Helping to maintain GDPR compliance within a busy and fast-paced environment.
Requirements:
- 2-3 years experience working as a Salesforce administrator with a deep understanding of Salesforce's core features, including objects, fields, record types, page layouts, validation rules, workflow rules, and process builder.
- Comfortable working within an Agile format and utilizing tools such as Jira / confluence/metro retro.
- Proficiency in data import/export, data cleaning, data validation, and data security best practices.
- Ability to create and manage user profiles, roles, permissions, and sharing settings.
- Expertise in creating custom reports, dashboards, and analytic snapshots to provide valuable insights.
