Our client is seeking an experienced Transaction Finance Manager to join their ever growing team based in Milton Keynes. This role is ideal for someone with strong leadership skills and a background in managing transactional finance functions, particularly within accounts payable but also someone who has a keen eye for detail and making process improvements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the transactional finance team, ensuring efficient day-to-day operations.
- Oversee the accounts payable function, driving process improvements and maintaining strong controls.
- Support with payroll processes (experience desirable).
- Monitor team performance, provide coaching, and encourage professional development.
- Collaborate with wider finance and operational teams to ensure accurate and timely reporting.
Key Requirements:
- Proven experience in accounts payable management.
- Previous experience managing a finance team.
- Strong organisational, communication, and leadership skills.
