Our client is seeking an experienced Transaction Finance Manager to join their ever growing team based in Milton Keynes.
This role is ideal for someone with strong leadership skills and a background in managing transactional finance functions, particularly within accounts payable but also someone who has a keen eye for detail and making process improvements.
Lead and manage the transactional finance team, ensuring efficient day-to-day operations.
Oversee the accounts payable function, driving process improvements and maintaining strong controls.
Support with payroll processes (experience desirable).
Monitor team performance, provide coaching, and encourage professional development.
Collaborate with wider finance and operational teams to ensure accurate and timely reporting.
Proven experience in accounts payable management.
Previous experience managing a finance team.
Payroll oversight experience (advantageous).
Experience working with SAP systems is highly valuable.
