The Role: As a Management Accountant, you will be responsible for providing accurate financial information and actionable insights to support senior management. You will play a key part in budgeting, forecasting, and performance analysis while ensuring financial control and cost efficiency across the business.

- Prepare monthly management accounts, variance analysis, and performance reports.
- Support budgeting and forecasting processes across departments.
- Monitor and analyze financial performance, KPIs, and cost structures.
- Collaborate with operational teams to provide financial insight and improve decision-making.
- Assist with strategic planning, financial modelling, and scenario analysis.
- Ensure compliance with internal controls, policies, and procedures.
- QBE or fully qualified (CIMA, ACCA, ACA or equivalent).
- Proven experience in management accounting, budgeting, or financial analysis.
- Advanced Excel skills and experience with financial systems (e.g. SAP, Oracle, NetSuite).
