Interim Head of Finance Shared Services required for a six month FTC: North-West based.
Whilst the role will involve an element of BAU (line management brings the role inside IR35, hence the FTC) your main focus will be on the successful delivery of a number of ongoing projects.
The team and DR's are relatively stable and not untypical in structure, so large elements of the day to day are delivered competently and with autonomy. Guidance and management will be required, but your true value add will be found in your role of SSC subject matter expert: advising and delivering on a range of projects that are in their early stages. As such, your desire to be hands on in order to understand and guide will be critical.
