Our client on Tyneside is seeking to recruit a Head of FP & A.The business is a long established market leader with a strong trading record.Reporting to the Group Finance Director the role will help drive commercial performance improvement in a multi faceted complex business. The successful candidate will work closely with operational management to provide analytical insight to provoke debate, whilst highlighting opportunities to enhance profitability/business performance.Alongside the taken as given monthly reporting the remit will extend to forecasting/budgeting/'what if' scenario business planning and presentations to key stakeholders.Management and development of a small team will be required, alongside input into system development and management information design/flows.It is envisaged that basic salary will be in the £80,000 to £90,000 range plus bonus.
