- Financial Accountant

- Preparation of monthly management accounts and supporting analysis.
- Lead year-end statutory accounts preparation and liaise with external auditors.
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards (UK GAAP / IFRS) and internal policies.
- Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.
- Maintain accurate balance sheet reconciliations and control accounts.
- Support process improvements and financial system enhancements.
- Provide financial insights and ad-hoc reports to support strategic decisions.
- ACA, ACCA or CIMA qualified (or finalist with strong experience).
- Experience in financial or management accounting roles.
