Our client, an exciting and dynamic business is looking for an experienced Administrator to join their growing team.
Working in a small, close knit-team, you will be given a high level of support, training and development.
The ideal candidate will have previous customer service and office administration experience and will be responsible for:
- Conducting all office administration with a high level of attention to detail
- Reviewing documentation to ensure it is being processed correctly
- Passing queries to the central administration team to be processed
- Ensuring all internal processes are adhered to at all times - this is a highly regulated industry and so compliance with processes is key
- Customer service experience
- Excellent communication skills - written and verbal
- Office administration experience
- Up to £25,000
