Now we’re looking for an ambitious Recruitment Consultant to help us build our Accountancy & Finance offering across the Northern Home Counties.

The opportunity

We don’t want you to become another generalist recruiter.

We want you to understand the businesses you work with, the challenges they face and the people they need to help them grow.

Working alongside experienced colleagues and with the support of an established specialist brand, you’ll have the opportunity to:

• Build and develop your own specialist Accountancy & Finance market - Perm, Contract, Part-Qualified or Senior Finance
• Develop trusted relationships with finance professionals, hiring managers and senior stakeholders
• Build a high-quality network of Accountancy & Finance candidates
• Identify and develop new business opportunities
• Work with established organisations, recognisable consumer brands and ambitious growing businesses
• Develop long-term client relationships rather than simply react to vacancies
• Attend networking events and build your profile across the local market
• Collaborate with specialist teams across Finance, Technology, Private Equity, Business Transformation and Executive Leadership
