We are partnering with a highly regarded professional services organisation to recruit a Finance Business Partner for its expanding finance function.
This role offers an outstanding opportunity for a newly qualified ACA, ACCA or CIMA accountant seeking their first move from practice, or an ambitious individual already working within industry who wants to develop a genuine commercial finance career.
Working closely with senior leaders and operational stakeholders, you will provide meaningful financial insight, influence strategic decision-making, and play a key role in driving business performance. This is a highly visible position with substantial exposure to senior management, making it an excellent platform for long-term career progression.

Key Responsibilities
- Partner with senior stakeholders and business leaders to support commercial and strategic decision-making
- Deliver insightful financial analysis, performance reporting, and management commentary
- Present financial information and recommendations to senior management teams
- Support budgeting, forecasting, and long-term planning activities
- Analyse business performance, profitability, and operational trends
- Assist with business cases, investment appraisals, and strategic projects
- Influence and challenge stakeholders through data-driven insights
- Identify opportunities to improve profitability, efficiency, and business performance
- Support finance transformation, continuous improvement, and process enhancement initiatives
- Develop strong relationships across the wider business, acting as a trusted finance partner
About You We are keen to hear from qualified accountants who possess strong communication skills and a desire to operate in a commercially focused role.
You will ideally have:
- ACA, ACCA, or CIMA qualification
- Experience gained within either practice or industry
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities
- Excellent interpersonal and stakeholder management skills
- Confidence presenting financial information to non-finance audiences
- Experience producing management information, financial analysis, and business reporting
- Advanced Excel skills and strong attention to detail
- A proactive, inquisitive, and commercially minded approach
- The ability to turn financial data into clear, actionable business insight
