Investigate inventory discrepancies; physical and system checking (SAP, GR trackers, stock monitoring reporting), make necessary corrections in a timely manner.
Maintaining inventory accuracy metrics and associated reports for LO team and organise and lead annual stock take counts.
Ensuring logistics requirements are met from suppliers (packaging, labelling).
Tracking and reporting non-conformities from suppliers: creation of Quality Notifications in SAP.
Support the training in inventory audit checks to others.
Holiday cover for admin.
Support with LO audits and counts when required.
Complies with all company policies, procedures and guidelines.
Qualifications:
