Responsibilities:
- Investigate inventory discrepancies; physical and system checking (SAP, GR trackers, stock monitoring reporting), make necessary corrections in a timely manner.
- Maintain inventory accuracy metrics and associated reports for LO team and organise and lead annual stock take counts.
- Ensure logistics requirements are met from suppliers (packaging, labelling).
- Track and report non-conformities from suppliers: creation of Quality Notifications in SAP.
- Support the training in inventory audit checks to others.
- Cover holiday duties for administration.
- Support with LO audits and counts when required.
- Comply with all company policies, procedures and guidelines.

- HNC or equivalent.
