Your Tasks
- Oversee production planning and performance to meet customer requirements, including managing personnel, equipment, and KPIs like cost, quality, and delivery.
- Manage the annual budget with a view of exceeding the annual goal.
- Support and drive continuous improvement activities to optimise equipment and processes.
- Support cross-functional collaboration for new product introductions and ensure timely, high-quality customer deliveries.
- Manage team development, including recruitment, training, motivation, and supporting any HR matters.
- Ensure effective communication and compliance, covering company policies, health and safety, and standard work practices.
- Deputise for other team leaders and their production areas as required.
Your Profile
- Technical apprenticeship + HNC or equivalent in Mechanical/Production Engineering.
- 3+ years in a supervisory or managerial role.
- Have experience in a high pressured production environment.
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Passionate, driven, and committed to continuous improvement.
