Your tasks
- Conducting goods receiving quality inspections in accordance with SAP inspection plan requirements and recording the results in SAP and releasing of product on Q-hold.
- 1st line quality support outside of day shift working hours and raising of appropriate notifications for non-conforming product.
- Lead containment activities including handling and disposal of reject parts according to quality and logistics requirements.
- Support problems solving or other activities as required.
- Conduct products audits according to control plan requirements.
- Carry out internal audits to the required standard (e.g. IATF 16949) in line with the audit schedule, compile and issue of audit reports.
- Track corrective actions to assure that they are completed on time, are effective and use escalation process to highlight deviations from timings when necessary.
- Carry out and document calibration activities in line with schedule.
- Supporting with Quality activities including capability studies, MSA2 Test plans and data collection.
- Complies with all company policies, procedures and guidelines including Brose code of conduct, FIRST, IDEAS, health & safety, environment, quality, discipline, grievance, and equal opportunities.
Your Profile
- 0-2 years’ experience.
- Knowledge of basic problem-solving tools.
- PC Literate.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Knowledge of Quality Systems.
- Driving License.
- SAP Knowledge.
- Ability to learn – Full training will be provided.
