Your tasks
- Maintaining machinery in an orderly condition to a TPM schedule
- Repair first line to fix to enable production to continue
- Working with machine downtime OEE Data to improve uptime
- Minimise the costs of maintenance
- Participate in the improvements of machine operation, production process, standards and company procedures
- Project activities
- Provide technicial advice when required
- Mentoring of apprentices
Your Profile
- ONC/ HNC or Equivalent with Electronics/ Electrical or Engineering background
- 3-5 work experience in similar role
- Understanding of Production requirements, Siemens and TIA PLC programs
- To communicate effectively at all levels
- Have the ability to work under pressure and to tight deadlines
- Able to travel through Brose group as required
