Your tasks
- Assists in the creation of project and workshop plan/calendar for the plant
- Design and implementation of methods and tools, e.g. Shop Floor Management (SFM)
- Ensuring the objective achievement of the plant\’s savings through Revenue and Cost Excellence (RACE)
- Implementation of BPS standard training and workshop (BPS principles and tools)
- Independent performance of BPS audits (self-assessment) while ensuring the group standard
- Implementing improvement potentials as well as planning, coordinating, performing, target oriented surveillance and controlling of workshops and improvement projects
- Active communication of good practices and benchmarks within the Brose group. (Informs bottom-up & top-down)
- Corporate Suggestion System (IDEAS) lived and followed up daily
- IDEAS reporting to the Central and Plant Management.
Your Profile
- 0-2 years\’ experience in similar environment.
- Engineering Degree or Apprenticeship plus HNC or higher
- Basic knowledge of project management
- Good knowledge of process optimisation
- Ability to conduct at least one core competency workshop
- Evidence Knowledge of methodical competence according to skills matrix, eg 5S, 8 types of waste, SMED, VSM, KPI Tree, Kaizen
- Good communication / inter-personal skills and data driven
