Your tasks:
- Measuring, monitoring, and reporting logistics costs
- Creating the annual logistics budget, including premises, targets, and current pricing
- Allocating logistics costs to specific accounts and reporting results to stakeholders
- Auditing and approving all transport invoices
- Administering logistics purchase orders, frame orders, and Easy Buy processes
- Booking regular and special transport services
- Acting as the primary contact between Brose Transport Management and Material Planners
- Supporting Packaging Control and Customs Clerks when required
- Collaborating closely with material planners, quality teams, production and logistics shift managers, suppliers, and customers
- Ensuring compliance with all company policies and procedures, including Code of Conduct, FIRST, IDEAS, Health & Safety, Environment, Quality, Equal Opportunities, and disciplinary guidelines
Your Profile:
- Degree or equivalent qualification in Logistics or a related discipline
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a similar logistics or controlling role
- Experience within an automotive or fast-paced manufacturing environment
- Strong structured, system, and process-thinking capabilities
- Solid financial awareness and cost-controlling expertise
- Negotiation and stakeholder management skills
- Good understanding of material flows and transport processes
- SAP or comparable ERP system knowledge
- German language skills are advantageous
- Highly analytical with strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Assertive, confident, and able to build effective working relationships
- Strong communication skills across all levels of the organization
- Able to work independently and flexibly while meeting tight deadlines
