Responsibilities
- Investigate inventory discrepancies; physical and system checking (SAP, GR trackers, stock monitoring reporting), make necessary corrections in a timely manner.
- Maintaining inventory accuracy metrics and associated reports for LO team and organise and lead annual stock take counts.
- Ensuring logistics requirements are met from suppliers (packaging, labelling).
- Tracking and reporting non-conformities from suppliers: creation of Quality Notifications in SAP.
- Support the training in inventory audit checks to others.
- Holiday cover for admin.
- Support with LO audits and counts when required.
- Complies with all company policies, procedures and guidelines.
Qualifications
- HNC or equivalent.
- Good critical thinking skills to problem solve concerns and handle multiple priorities.
- Strong verbal and written communications skills.
- Flexible team player.
- High level of accuracy in work.
- Ability to work under pressure.
