Brora Golf Club is recruiting an experienced Chef to join its professional kitchen team at one of the Highlands’ most respected golf clubs. This role suits a capable, steady chef who values consistency, standards, and working in a well-run kitchen environment.
The role:
- You will prepare and present high quality dishes in line with the club’s menus and service standards.
- You will maintain high levels of food hygiene, safety, and cleanliness in line with HACCP requirements.
- You will contribute to menu development and daily specials where appropriate.
- You will manage stock rotation, portion control, and waste reduction.
- You will work as part of a small kitchen team and support junior staff during service.
- You will deliver consistent food quality during busy service periods.
Working pattern:
This is a full time role based on 37.5 annualised hours. The role includes evenings and weekends in line with the club’s service requirements. The position is based at Brora Golf Club in Sutherland.
