The Role

  • Youll take ownership of all Food & Beverage operations across:
  • Restaurant & Bar
  • Weddings, Conferences & Events
  • Golf outlets
  • This isn't about maintaining standards, it's about driving them.
  • Youll lead from the front, build a strong, accountable team, and deliver consistently high-quality service while keeping tight control of costs and performance.
  • Full Time position 45 hours per week
  • What Youll Be Doing

    • Leading, developing and challenging your team to perform
    • Setting and driving service standards across all outlets
    • Owning rotas, staffing levels, and productivity
    • Managing budgets, forecasts, and departmental performance
    • Working closely with the kitchen to ensure consistency and quality
    • Ensuring full compliance (food safety, H&S, licensing)
    • Acting as Duty Manager within the leadership team

    • Proven experience as a Food & Beverage Manager (minimum 2 years)
    • Background in a 4* hotel or similar fast-paced environment
