Broome Park Hotel is a Grade I listed country estate set within 250 acres of parkland near Canterbury, combining historic character with a modern, multi-revenue hospitality operation. The property features 22 bedrooms and suites within the main mansion, alongside 14 woodland lodges and self-catering accommodation, supported by a strong mix of weddings, events, food and beverage, and an 18-hole golf course designed by Donald Steel. Positioned as a destination venue, it balances heritage with commercial performance, attracting leisure guests, corporate events, and golf members while driving revenue through a diverse and integrated business model.

We are currently recruiting a Food and Beverage Manager. We’re looking for someone who wants to take full control of a multi-outlet operation, build a team that performs, and raise standards across the board. This is a hands-on leadership role at the heart of a busy, high-potential business.
