We're hiring an experienced ServiceNow Architect to join a growing Employee Experience & HR consulting practice. This role sits at the intersection of technology leadership, client advisory, and delivery ownership — helping organisations transform their employee and enterprise service experiences.
You'll shape ServiceNow platform strategies, lead end-to-end implementations, and drive high-quality solution design across large-scale transformation programmes — developing from a hands-on architect into a strategic technology leadership role with global clients.
What you'll do:
- Solution & Architecture Leadership
- Own end-to-end architecture and solution design for ServiceNow implementations
- Produce and maintain technical design documentation aligned with client requirements and platform best practice
- Engagement & Delivery Ownership
- Lead full engagements, including delivery governance and stakeholder management
- Oversee delivery teams (without being directly responsible for configuration/development)
- Client Advisory & Strategy
- Define ServiceNow platform strategies and roadmaps for clients
- Act as a trusted technology advisor to leadership teams, programme stakeholders and delivery teams
- Liaise with ServiceNow and ecosystem partners
- Business Development
- Lead RFP/RFI responses, proposal development, and client presentations
What makes this role unique:
- Lead high-impact transformation programmes across global enterprises
- A genuine blend of architecture, advisory, and delivery leadership
- Clear pathway into senior technology leadership and sector ownership
- Access to a strong ServiceNow ecosystem and partnerships
What we're looking for:
- ServiceNow certifications — minimum Certified System Administrator, CIS ITSM, CIS HRSD (CTA/CMA beneficial)
- Proven experience on at least one large global ServiceNow implementation, OR multiple smaller end-to-end deployments
- Deep technical expertise across ServiceNow architecture and solution design
- Ability to articulate and demonstrate ServiceNow HR/AI capabilities to clients
- Strong grasp of how technology decisions impact UX, operating models and transformation delivery
- A trusted-advisor mindset with senior stakeholders
- Genuine motivation to move from hands-on delivery into technology leadership
Security clearance: SC Clearance required (or eligibility to obtain)
Location: London, UK (hybrid working — flexible arrangements available)
