We’re looking for an experienced Product Manager (or potential Group Product Manager) to own and shape the Finance & Treasury product domain within a leading banking environment. This is a high-impact role at the heart of how financial data flows through the organisation — from customer transactions to reporting, controls, and regulatory outcomes.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Own the Finance & Treasury product domain, ensuring scalable, accurate, and well-governed financial capabilities
- Translate customer journeys into accounting, treasury, and data requirements
- Partner with Product, Engineering, Finance, Treasury, Risk & Operations to design end-to-end financial flows
- Define how platforms support key banking products (lending, deposits, payments, cards)
- Ensure high-quality data capture to enable reporting, compliance, and governance
- Drive transparency and traceability from customer activity to financial outcomes
- Support liquidity, funding, client money, and financial risk management requirements
- Design and embed financial controls (reconciliations, audit trails, close processes, exception handling)
- Lead migration and validation of existing products with minimal disruption
- Contribute to testing, validation, and regulatory assurance
What You’ll Bring
- 8–10 years of experience who can bridge product, finance, and technology
- Strong hands-on experience with accounting flows, ledger structures (GL & sub-ledgers), reconciliations & financial controls within banking/financial services (essential)
- Deep understanding of how banking products generate financial events and flow into reporting and controls
- Experience with posting logic, chart of accounts, reconciliation processes, and audit/regulatory expectations
- Proven ability to translate complex financial requirements into product and technology solutions
- Track record in regulated environments, working with Finance, Treasury & Risk teams
- Strong problem-solving skills — able to simplify complexity and drive clarity
- Excellent stakeholder management and influencing skills
- A delivery-focused mindset with attention to detail and passion for robust, scalable solutions
