The predicted salary is between 120000 - 180000 £ per year.

Pay Rate: Circa £600/day (Inside IR35)

Contract Type: Contract

Location: Hybrid (occasional travel to Uxbridge and Germany)

We are seeking a highly capable Project Planner to support planning and execution across multiple workstreams within a large-scale transformation programme. This role will be pivotal in ensuring planning accuracy, cross-stream alignment, and timely delivery of activities through robust Level 3 (L3) and Level 4 (L4) planning.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Build detailed Level 3 plans for regional clusters in Microsoft Project
  • Maintain and refine these plans as new requirements and dependencies emerge e.g., connecting ECC warehouses or building ECC Production Plants for shared warehouses
  • Monitor and align progress against R1, R2, and S4 timelines, adjusting for upstream changes
  • Attend and actively contribute to weekly status meetings across clusters and horizontals (Pilot, Cluster 1&2, Cluster 3-5, Cluster 6, S4)
  • Capture and reflect updates in the plan from each workstream
  • Identify and manage key workstreams for executive-level tracking and visualization
  • Collaborate with the central planning team to integrate newly built L3 plans
  • Integrate cross-functional L4 plans covering Data, Cutover, Hypercare, and P&C activities

Required Skills and Experience:

  • Proven experience in Microsoft Project, including creating, maintaining, and integrating complex plans (Rob to validate candidate’s proficiency for edit-level access)
  • Strong track record in programme planning within large-scale, multi-stakeholder environments
  • Ability to work independently and interface with diverse technical and non-technical teams
  • Excellent communication and coordination skills, with an eye for detail
  • Understanding of agile programme delivery dynamics and responsive planning practices
