About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Regulatory Manager to join a leading financial services organisation in a newly created role. This position is pivotal in ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and driving robust data governance practices. While the role does not initially include line management, there is potential to build and lead a small team in the future.
Key Responsibilities
- Own the end-to-end process for creating Single Customer View (SCV) files in line with FSCS requirements.
- Manage internal and external stakeholders responsible for producing SCV data.
- Establish and maintain robust processes, controls, and documentation for SCV creation.
- Serve as Subject Matter Expert (SME) on SCV and FSCS regulatory requirements, ensuring compliance with PRA standards.
- Support product launches and process changes by assessing their impact on SCV files.
- Oversee small, dedicated teams and external providers as required.
Skills & Experience
- Strong knowledge of FSCS and PRA regulatory requirements for SCV.
- Experience in control and delivery functions within banking or financial services.
- Data literate – capable of managing, interrogating, and validating data.
- Detail-oriented with strong process governance and control skills.
- Proven ability to collaborate effectively with internal stakeholders and third-party partners.
- Previous experience in an SCV-related or equivalent role within a bank is highly desirable.
