A leading professional services organisation is looking for an experienced Project Manager to join their IT Portfolio Management team. The role involves managing projects across software, infrastructure, and business transformation initiatives, working closely with stakeholders to ensure successful delivery.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage project scope, deliverables, risks, and budgets.
- Build strong relationships with stakeholders and manage expectations.
- Implement change control and drive business adoption to realise benefits.
- Participate in agile ceremonies and collaborate on backlog prioritisation.
- Coach, motivate, and guide project teams, ensuring effective communication.
Skills & Experience
- Proven experience as a Project Manager in Professional Services, Financial Services, or Commercial sectors.
- Experience in Agile, Scrum, PRINCE2, or Waterfall.
- Experience delivering transformation projects in Finance, HR, Cyber, AI, data integration, or SaaS.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills with senior leaders.
- Commercial awareness and experience managing resources and budgets.
- Highly organised, flexible, analytical, and able to manage competing priorities.
- Evaluate solutions and run RFPs where required.
- Develop business cases and refine project scope.
- Design, build, and implement agreed solutions.
