The Opportunity
Our client is transforming the way customers interact with relationship managers by creating a digitally enabled relationship management proposition.
They are seeking a Product Manager to lead the design and delivery of a brand-new customer experience that combines digital engagement, AI capabilities and personalised financial support.
You’ll play a key role in building an innovative proposition from the ground up.
Key Responsibilities
- Own the roadmap and product backlog for a customer-facing relationship management platform.
- Lead the delivery of a greenfield proposition providing customers with direct access to dedicated relationship managers.
- Develop AI-enabled customer engagement features including intelligent chat and personalised financial insights.
- Work closely with technology, operations, risk and compliance teams throughout delivery.
- Prioritise features balancing customer value, commercial outcomes and regulatory requirements.
- Define product success metrics including adoption, engagement and customer satisfaction.
- Manage dependencies across multiple product teams.
- Continuously improve customer journeys using insight, analytics and user feedback.
About You
You’ll ideally have
- Experience delivering customer-facing digital products as a Product Manager or Product Owner.
- Proven experience launching new digital propositions from concept through to delivery.
- Experience working within regulated industries.
- Strong understanding of digital platforms, APIs and customer-facing applications.
- Experience working within Agile product environments.
- Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
- Exposure to AI, conversational interfaces or intelligent automation would be highly beneficial.
