We’re supporting a major organisation undergoing a significant legal entity transformation programme and are seeking an experienced Legal Entity Programme Manager to lead delivery across a complex, multi-workstream environment. This is an exciting opportunity to join a high-profile programme within a large-scale corporate environment, driving key restructuring activities and working closely with senior stakeholders across legal, tax, finance, and operational teams.

The Role

You’ll be responsible for leading programme delivery, ensuring strong governance, planning, and stakeholder alignment across a large-scale legal entity initiative.

  • Managing complex legal entity restructuring activities
  • Leading programme governance, planning, and PMO delivery
  • Maintaining oversight of RAID logs, risks, dependencies, and milestones
  • Coordinating multiple workstreams and stakeholder groups
  • Driving progress across legal, finance, tax, and operational functions
  • Producing programme reporting and governance materials

What We’re Looking For

  • Strong experience leading legal entity or corporate restructuring programmes
  • Excellent Programme Management and PMO expertise
  • Hands-on experience with RAID logs, governance, planning, and delivery management
  • Strong stakeholder engagement skills across senior business functions
  • Relevant project/programme management qualifications
  • Experience operating in complex, matrixed organisations

Experience within manufacturing, aerospace, engineering, or regulated industries would be highly beneficial, although candidates from other corporate environments with strong legal entity experience are also encouraged to apply.
