We are looking for a Digital Services Asset & Licence Manager to join our Digital, Data & Technology (DDaT) division. In this key role, you will be responsible for managing all digital assets, software, and licenses, ensuring seamless operations and adherence to industry standards.
What You’ll Do:
- Asset & Licence Management : Own and address asset-related queries, manage asset tagging, and monitor stock to ensure proper inventory tracking and alignment with systems.
- SACM Strategy & Process : Contribute to the development and continuous improvement of the Service Asset and Configuration Management (SACM) strategy and processes.
- Software Library & Compliance : Maintain and organise the Digital Services Software Library (DSSL), ensuring all software is distributed and licensed in accordance with established policies.
- Supplier Collaboration : Work with external partners to ensure service standards are met and lead audits to maintain compliance.
- Process Improvement : Drive continuous improvement, proactively identifying and implementing process optimisations for asset management.
- Stakeholder Engagement : Represent Digital Services at various internal and external meetings, providing input and guidance on asset management and licensing issues.
What We’re Looking For:
- Experience : Proven experience managing IT assets and software licenses, with a background in ITIL processes and SACM implementation.
- Skills : Strong organisational skills, clear communication, and a keen attention to detail.
- Knowledge : Solid understanding of Digital Services technologies, asset lifecycle management, and IT service management.
- Qualifications : ITIL Foundation certification or relevant experience in IT service management.
