The Role
We’re looking for a highly organised and detail-focused Data Entry Administrator to join a busy operational team supporting the management of equipment and data records. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with data, spotting inconsistencies, and ensuring systems are accurate and up to date. While there is a small technical aspect, full training is provided — what matters most is attention to detail and a willingness to learn.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Maintaining and updating Excel-based asset registers
- Checking data for errors, gaps, and inconsistencies
- Preparing and issuing equipment to internal users
- Following step-by-step guides to configure devices
- Supporting onboarding by preparing equipment in bulk
- Chasing and tracking returned equipment
- Assisting with audits and compliance activities
- Providing a helpful and professional service to colleagues
What We’re Looking For
- Previous experience in an administrative or data entry role
- Strong Excel skills (comfortable working with spreadsheets daily)
- Excellent attention to detail
