This is a dynamic opportunity to provide expert support and advice across a range of HR activities while contributing to the development and implementation of key HR policies and procedures.Key ResponsibilitiesLead recruitment and selection processes, including advertising, attending job fairs, and conducting interviewsProvide sound HR advice to departmental teamsManage employee lifecycle tasks such as onboarding, changes to contracts, and leaver processesAdvise on and manage disciplinary and grievance mattersMonitor and manage staff absenceSupport employee engagement initiatives, including the annual staff surveyOversee staff inductions and ensure compliance with legal requirements (e.g., right to work, young worker protection)Maintain and update job descriptions and manage company benefitsAssist with training and development programmesEnsure compliance with maternity, paternity, and parental leave proceduresAttend internal and external meetings, training, and represent the HR department as neededPromote and adhere to Health & Safety, data protection, and company policiesWhat We\’re Looking ForPrevious experience in a generalist HR rolePart CIPD qualified (or working towards)Up-to-date knowledge of employment lawExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsStrong organisational skills and attention to detailAbility to handle confidential information with professionalism and discretionAssertive, diplomatic, and proactive approach to problem-solvingOur ValuesWe value integrity, teamwork, accountability, and an entrepreneurial spirit.
