Executive Business Partner

In this high-impact role, you will partner closely with the VP and Senior Director, managing their day-to-day operations, calendar, and stakeholder relationships, while enabling them to focus on long-term strategy and growth. Your strategic thinking, exceptional organizational skills, and ability to build strong relationships will be key to facilitating smooth communication, effective planning, and seamless execution across the business unit. Required Skills:
- 5-8 years of relevant experience in administration, operational support, or business support within large or multinational organisations
- Strong stakeholder management and relationship-building abilities across all levels
- Excellent organizational and planning skills, with keen attention to detail
- Fluent in English, with superb verbal and written communication skills
- Proficient in G Suite (Google Calendar, Sheets, Slides), Zoom / Concur / Wrkday / Docusign / Ivalua or similar tools
- Ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment
- Discretion and excellent ethical standards, with experience handling confidential matters
Nice to Have Skills:
- Additional language skills beyond English
- Experience supporting senior executives in a global or multicultural setting
- Project management experience, including facilitation of meetings and events
- Creative thinking to proactively identify improvements and efficiencies
Preferred Education and Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Business Administration, Communications, or related field
- Proven track record of providing high-level support in complex, multinational organizations
Other Requirements:
- Willingness to support outside regular business hours and travel as needed
