A global technology company is seeking an experienced Compliance Coordinator to join their Manchester team on a 6-month contract. This role will see you supporting both compliance and business teams, ensuring the smooth running of operations within a licensed insurance environment. You’ll be a key link between internal stakeholders, external partners, and regulators, managing a variety of compliance, reporting, and administrative tasks.
Key Responsibilities
- Compile and upload monthly insurance bordereaux.
- Prepare Netherlands insurance tax reports (reporting only).
- Manage portal access and uploads for both internal and partner platforms.
- Process partner invoices and statements, including payments.
- Manage entity-level corporate payments.
- Oversee Professional Indemnity Insurance renewals.
- Monitor shared mailboxes, directing queries to relevant stakeholders.
- Handle DocuSign processes for contracts and approvals.
- Act as the main point of contact for brokers.
- Coordinate group policy renewals.
- Support multiple regulatory position applications and Board appointments.
About You
We’re looking for someone who brings a precise, organised, and proactive approach, with strong experience in compliance and regulatory environments. You’ll be comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting.
Essential Skills & Experience
- 5+ years in finance, compliance support, or a related role.
- Experience working with insurance partners, regulators, or tax authorities.
- Excellent organisational skills with the ability to handle multiple projects.
- Solutions-focused and collaborative team player.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Bachelor’s degree.

- Location: Manchester (hybrid)
- Rate: £350 per day (Inside IR35)
- Duration: 6 months initially
