We are supporting a global tech organisation.

6.5 Months - 40 hours per week – up to €115 per hour Outside IR35 – Remote working

We're looking for a Business Operations Manager to support our department leadership by implementing effective business processes, facilitating planning cycles, and ensuring seamless execution of key initiatives.

What You’ll Do:

  • Design and implement efficient processes and business rhythms to support strategic goals
  • Drive adoption of company-wide processes such as Quarterly Reviews, Budget Planning, and Strategic Portfolio Management
  • Lead operational planning, cross-departmental coordination, and performance tracking
  • Deliver insights through data-driven reporting and performance analysis
  • Manage stakeholder engagement and drive alignment across leadership and extended teams

  • 8+ years of relevant experience in business operations, strategy, or program management
