We're looking for a Business Operations Manager to support our department leadership by implementing effective business processes, facilitating planning cycles, and ensuring seamless execution of key initiatives.
What You’ll Do:
- Design and implement efficient processes and business rhythms to support strategic goals
- Drive adoption of company-wide processes such as Quarterly Reviews, Budget Planning, and Strategic Portfolio Management
- Lead operational planning, cross-departmental coordination, and performance tracking
