Location - London, hybrid

Contract - 6 months (possible extensions)

Rate - £900-£1100 per day (inside IR35)

We’re supporting a major organisation undergoing a significant brand transformation journey and are seeking an experienced Brand Strategy Director to lead the development and execution of a future-focused enterprise brand strategy. This is a high-impact opportunity for a commercially minded brand leader who can combine strategic thinking, creative leadership, and stakeholder influence to shape how a large organisation positions itself for the future.

You will lead a comprehensive brand transformation programme, redefining how the organisation presents itself internally and externally while embedding brand as a strategic business driver. Key areas of focus will include:

  • Developing a future-state brand strategy and positioning
  • Leading brand diagnostics and market analysis
  • Evolving visual identity, tone of voice, and brand systems
  • Building frameworks that embed brand consistently across the business
  • Creating measurable links between brand investment and commercial performance
  • Aligning senior stakeholders and driving enterprise-wide adoption

You’ll also act as a brand ambassador and chief storyteller, helping shape a compelling, evidence-led narrative that drives engagement and organisational alignment.
