Seeking a Technical Program Manager to support infrastructure project delivery across corporate infrastructure teams. This role will focus on managing network infrastructure, AV deployments, new site rollouts, post-occupancy projects, and lifecycle replacement initiatives. The ideal candidate will have strong project management experience, a technical understanding of infrastructure environments, and the ability to work with cross-functional teams, vendors, and stakeholders to drive projects from planning through completion.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and manage detailed project plans, timelines, milestones, and deliverables.
  • Lead infrastructure projects from execution through closeout.
  • Track project progress, identify risks, and help drive mitigation plans.
  • Coordinate with internal teams, external vendors, customers, and stakeholders.
  • Support projects involving network infrastructure, network security, and AV solutions.
  • Assist with technical activities such as migrations, configurations, and validation when needed.
  • Create and maintain weekly project status reports.
  • Communicate timelines, blockers, dependencies, and project updates clearly.
  • Document lessons learned and apply improvements to future project work.
  • Analyze project data to identify process improvements.
  • Support infrastructure projects across global regions, including AMER, APAC, and EME.

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience managing technical programs or technical projects.
  • Experience supporting infrastructure, networking, AV, or corporate site deployment projects.
  • Strong understanding of network infrastructure and network security concepts.
  • Experience managing cross-functional projects with multiple stakeholders.
  • Experience working with vendors or external service providers.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to explain technical information clearly.
  • Comfortable creating project plans, status reports, risk trackers, and executive updates.
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience supporting global projects is a plus.
  • PMP, Agile, or similar project management certification is a plus.
