The Payroll Specialist will be primarily responsible for the day‐to‐day operations of the payrolls in their assigned countries. The key objective of this role is to ensure compliance and customer satisfaction. You will be a team player, someone who naturally goes beyond to provide the best possible outcomes and service. You will have a keen eye for detail, being able to work at pace without ever compromising on the accuracy of the payrolls.

Main Responsibilities
  • Process payroll accurately and on time, ensuring all employees are paid correctly each pay period.
  • Apply statutory payments and tax deductions in line with current legislation and payroll regulations.
  • Maintain and update payroll systems, validating payroll files and ensuring data integrity at all times.
  • Manage third‐party payroll administration, including pensions, insurance providers, and absence/leave arrangements.
  • Ensure full compliance with all relevant payroll, tax, and employment laws and regulations.
  • Provide high‐quality support to internal and external stakeholders on payroll, billing, and wage‐related queries.
  • Prepare, review, and submit required payroll reports to relevant authorities.
  • Support month‐end and year‐end payroll activities, including the preparation of tax documents and statutory returns.
  • Assist with additional finance and administrative tasks as required.
What experience are we looking for?Essential Experience:
  • Minimum of 1 to 2 years of experience in payroll administration or related field.
  • Experience in processing payroll for EMEA.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).
  • A high level of attention to detail.
  • Professional and engaging, with solid organizational and time management skills.
  • Knowledge of payroll regulations and statutory requirements.
  • Effective communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment and collaborate with cross‐functional departments.
Desirable Experience:
  • Certification in Payroll Administration.
  • Proficiency in payroll software/systems.
  • Fluency in an additional language.
