Brookson is hiring a Sales Director to join the Brookson Group. This role reports jointly to the Brookson Managing Director and the People2.0 Chief Revenue Officer. As the leader of our Sales Function, you will have direct managerial responsibility for the sales team while also engaging extensively with business partners and customers.
We have offices in Warrington (our HQ), Bournemouth, and Coventry. Following our recent acquisition by People2.0—a global leader in workforce management solutions and employment services—this is an exciting time to join us, with excellent opportunities for career growth and development. Our Warrington office (WA1) is easily accessible by car and just a 10-minute walk from the nearest train station. We offer hybrid working, with a preferred minimum of two days per week in the office (location-dependent) and the flexibility to work remotely for the remainder of the week. This role also requires national travel as needed.
Main Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement a sales strategy to achieve growth targets.
- Manage the sales budget and ensure rigorous financial oversight.
- Establish performance metrics and drive strategy execution.
- Define and execute sales plans to expand customer base and market reach.
- Lead and develop the sales team, enhancing overall capability.
- Maximise client engagement by optimising company resources.
- Oversee pipeline management and multi-channel sales delivery.
- Leverage social media and market insights to support business growth.
Essential Experience and Qualifications:
- Senior Leadership experience in organisations with a reputation for delivering high quality services.
- A proven track record of increased sales through the identification of new opportunities for business growth.
- Highly analytical and data rational, with experience of using data to provide critical insight.
- Excellent relationship management and negotiation skills.
- Ability to engage, lead and inspire a large team of sales professionals.
