Your Job:
The Retail Marketing Coordinator provides support to Retail Marketing team to ensure success with our retail partners. You will focus on executing marketing plans for Brooks retail partners and have a close relationship with the UK&IE Sales, Tech Rep and Retail Marketing Specialist and Retail Marketing Manager to support a smooth delivery of our seasonal brand stories and in-store activations. You will also support the general retail base with a focus on instore activations including Point of Sale, and In store Graphics.

Your Responsibilities:
- Support the Retail Marketing Manager on every step of the planning and execution of retail activation for account segments (Buying Groups, Key Accounts, Field Accounts)
- Coordinate the execution of agreed seasonal retail marketing and “always on” POS programs across in-store and digital channels, ensuring activation plans are delivered on time and within budget for Tier 2 accounts.
- Review for consistent and continuous visibility of the Brooks brand and products within selected accounts
- (brick & mortar, online, social, retail events) and provide continuous marketing support of Sales and Tech Reps to drive sell through within account base.
- Monitor and document Point of Sale materials to be distributed with all accounts in the Uk & Ireland dependent on classification. E.g. Track which stores we have shoe towers with the support of Tech Rep
- Team.
- Monitor respective account activation budgets, under the direction of the Retail Marketing Manager
- Coordinate and execute special in-store and corporate events for retailers, ensure on-time and in budget execution, under the direction of the Retail Marketing Manager
- Support Sales and Marketing team with execution of UK&IE vendor shows and retail based events.
- Travel to account meetings and tradeshows for retail marketing presentations.
- Be the first point of contact for client buyers and marketing teams for Tier 2 Accounts.
- Proof the catalogue, tech and brand activation guide each season.
- Distribute training tools for Tech Reps provided by EMEA Marketing Team
- Provide hands on support to the broader marketing team across Digital Media, PR, Influencers, Events and eComm as required.
- Fill in Quarterly report templates for selected Tier 2 accounts.
Your Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree (preferably in business/marketing)
- 1+ years of relevant business experience (brand, footwear, retail & lifestyle experience)
- Some understanding of brand building and integrated marketing approach
- Some understanding and knowledge of marketing channels and brands
- Readiness to travel and attend meetings and offerings with customers as well as events.
- Proficiency of following software: Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint • Strong passion for the running enthusiast and practicing an active lifestyle.
- Able to generate new ideas and creative solutions.
- Driven & energetic, trend-conscious, sport-savvy.
- Flexibility to work on own initiative or within team and cross-functional framework.
- Excellent organizational skills; ability to multi-task and manage concurrent workflows to deadlines, strong attention to details.
