Role Responsibilities

  • Open, scan and save post to client files
  • Answer and respond to client and introducer queries on the phone and email
  • Stay on top of workflow queues and respond to requests
  • Book meetings for the IM team
  • Liaise with appropriate teams for the effective onboarding of new clients
  • Initiate incoming and outgoing transfers, keeping the Investment Manager/ Portfolio Manager updated with progress regularly
  • Complete client KYC data amendments and account amendments.
  • Process ISA/ LISA/ JISA & Flexible ISA subscriptions
  • Assisting with meeting preparation, including printing and binding client and introducer reports and presentations.
  • Provide updates on ongoing work to the regional Senior Portfolio Assistant on a regular basis
  • Build relationships with introducers and their para-planning team, as well as with clients of the team
  • Perform role always ensuring adherence to the expected behaviours stated in the FCA Conduct Rules

  • Confidence to ask questions when unsure about something to ensure healthy resolution to issues
  • Ability to engage with diverse clients, Professional Advisers, Investment Managers, product providers and internal stakeholders
