Brooks Macdonald is seeking a proactive Legal Counsel based in London to support the BM Legal Function. You will provide day-to-day legal advice across front office, regulatory and corporate matters, ensuring compliance with UK laws and internal policies.
Working closely with senior leaders and external counsel, you will help identify legal risks, draft and negotiate contracts, and contribute to governance frameworks while maintaining the highest standards of ethics and client service.
