Compensation and Career Path:

On-Target Earnings (OTE):
- Year 1–2: $150,000–$250,000
- Year 3–4: $250,000–$325,000
- Year 5+: $500,000+

These events are a key first step in our Talent Acquisition process. This role is based at our West Palm Beach, FL headquarters, conveniently located within walking distance of the Brightline station.
Position Overview:
Business Development Associates (BDAs) are critical contributors to our growth strategy, responsible for identifying, initiating, and nurturing relationships with C-level executives in a defined territory. Working closely with a Managing Partner, the BDA conducts in-depth economic and business research to set high-quality meetings and inform strategic outreach. BDAs are accountable for supporting each stage of the new business cycle—from prospecting to early client engagement analytics—while maintaining a strong command of corporate structures, industry shifts, and executive decision-making trends.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive lead generation within an assigned territory using Brooks’ proven outreach methodology.
- Maintain a high-volume outbound call strategy (100 calls/day) to set qualified CEO-level meetings.
- Achieve and maintain a minimum of four net new qualified meetings ("Held M1s") per week.
- Conduct tailored research and support pre-meeting strategy development in collaboration with a Managing Partner.
- Participate in strategic due diligence and client engagement analytics.
- Ensure CRM data integrity and continuously refine the target prospect database.
- Monitor market trends and economic shifts to identify high-impact business opportunities.
