We are seeking a dedicated and efficient Office Assistant to support our team in daily administrative tasks. The ideal candidate will possess strong organisational skills and a keen attention to detail, ensuring that the office runs smoothly and efficiently. This role is essential for maintaining effective communication and providing clerical support to various departments.
Duties

Perform general administrative tasks, including data entry and clerical duties.

Handle incoming calls with professionalism, demonstrating excellent phone etiquette.

Organise and schedule appointments and meetings.

Use a client database, Office 365 experience would be helpful.

Support the team with various projects and tasks as assigned.

Previous experience in an administrative or office support role is preferred.

Proficiency in computerised systems/ database.

Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

Excellent data entry skills with a high level of accuracy.

Familiarity with clerical procedures and office management systems is advantageous.

A proactive attitude with the ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
